FBS FUND GENERAL PARTNER GP SARL (FBS G.P.) is an institutional, licensed and independent real asset investment management company currently focused on the Portuguese real estate market, domiciled in Luxembourg.
FBS G.P. was founded in 2024 by Fernando Botelho de Sousa, the C.E.O. and all Directors have an average of more than thirty years of experience in Investment Management.
In 2024 the first investment fund, FBS-FUND I ScSp was launched, a real estate investment in the Algarve with a value of 100 million euros.
It is under creation a second cycle of investment the FBS-FUND II ScSp (LUX), a real estate fund with exclusive investment in the luxury Portuguese market and with the value of 100 million Euros. This 2nd investment cycle will have us as participants and as well as co-investors. We align our interests with our clients. We are independent managers, building relationships with strong trust because we believe that this is the only way we can provide a quality service.

FBS G.P. provides services across the entire spectrum of the real estate market, acquiring and managing real estate assets for its clients with different risk-return profiles.
